TERRA HERITAGE BEEF
Always antibiotic and hormone-free, our cattle graze on 125,000 acres of natural land in Northern Arizona. This stress-free environment combined with a balanced ration diet produces exceptionally high quality beef. USDA certified.
100% FULL-BLOODED WAGYU BEEF
Our full-blooded Wagyu beef is 100% genetically pure Japanese Wagyu with a Tajima lineage. With a finishing period of 575 days and a harvest target of 32 months, our process allows for high quality marbling and flavor.
AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF
This 50:50 Angus/Wagyu Cross is raised on a finishing period of 500 days and a harvest target of 28 months to optimize the unique marbling and flavor.
TERRA HERITAGE PORK
Imported from the Iberian Peninsula of Portugal, the full-blooded Alentejano pig is a very special breed. Most commonly known as Iberico, its Spanish name, this delicious and sought after ham is difficult to find in the US. But through our collaboration with one of only a few breeders in the country, Terra Market is bringing it right to your door. Raised in the mountains of Northern Arizona, these Alentejano pigs are fed a diet high in grasses and black walnuts, as well as oleic and palmitic fat, simulating their natural diet of acorns.
100% full-blooded Alentejano pork humanely and organically raised in Arizona and USDA certified.
PROCESSING
All of our products are currently processed through the USDA approved facility at the University of Arizona Animal Science School in Tucson; however, we are working with the state Agricultural Department to build our own facility in Northern Arizona.
